Why the monthly fee if I have insurance?

Insurance does not cover all the services I provide in my membership. Some of those include working with a team of advisors (pharmacist, health coaches, fitness coach, cultural consultants), the skill-building classes, the comprehensive assessments, the customized analytic tools, and the asynchronous access to care. All of these services are included in the membership at no extra cost to you. I also take a limited number of members, and the fee is to ensure sustainability and fairness.

How long does membership typically last?

Sustainable lifestyle changes are best made in small increments over a long period of time. Each person's goals are unique to them, but by the end of two years, you will at least have a complete picture of the necessary steps to take and why. Many people may want to stay on for maintenance services, the community, access to education, and access to urgent care services, but that is a personal decision.
